We would like to remind out-of-state exhibitors to bring their Scrapie Premise ID number [Call 1-866-USDA-TAG (866-873-2824)] with them to their veterinarian for the health certificate, also known as an ICVI.  We  suggest you bring the Wyoming Livestock Board press release link [https://wlsb.state.wy.us/editable-page/animal-health/downloadFile?filename=2018-01_Scrapie-ID-Regs_Press-Release.pdf] which states tattoos with accompanying registration papers are acceptable ID to your veterinarian for smooth completion of the process.
